  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup chopped parsley
  • Salt and pepper to taste

For the Alfredo Sauce:

  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste

  1. Prepare the Meatballs:
    • In a large bowl, combine ground beef or turkey, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, egg, garlic, parsley, salt, and pepper.
    • Mix until well combined.
    • Form the mixture into meatballs, about 1-2 inches in diameter.
  2. Sear the Meatballs:
    • Set the Instant Pot to sauté mode.
    • Add a bit of oil and sear the meatballs on all sides until browned. Work in batches if necessary.
    • Remove the meatballs and set aside.

Alfredo Sauce:

  1. Prepare the Sauce:
    • Add butter to the Instant Pot and let it melt.
    • Add minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
    • Pour in the heavy cream and stir to combine.
    • Add the grated Parmesan cheese, stirring continuously until the cheese is melted and the sauce is smooth.
    • Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  2. Cook the Meatballs in Sauce:
    • Return the meatballs to the Instant Pot, coating them with the Alfredo sauce.
    • Close the lid and set the Instant Pot to pressure cook on high for 5 minutes.
  3. Release Pressure and Serve:
    • After cooking, allow the pressure to release naturally for 5 minutes, then do a quick release.
    • Stir the meatballs to coat evenly with the sauce.
    • Serve over pasta, rice, or your favorite side dish.

  • For a thicker sauce, let it simmer for a few minutes after pressure cooking with the lid off.
  • You can add vegetables like spinach or mushrooms to the sauce for added flavor and nutrition.
  • Garnish with additional Parmesan cheese and parsley for a finishing touch.
